Jose Luis Bermudez graduated in the specialty of painting from the renowned academy of San Alejandro de La Habana, Cuba. So far his pictorial work has been part of fifteen personal exhibitions and about forty group exhibitions inside and outside Cuba. He has been present at fairs of great international strength and exhibitions such as SCOPE Miami Beach, SCOPE New York, CH.ACO Vitacura, Santiago de Chile, La Bienal de La Habana, and in the most recognized galleries in Havana. His work has been published in important newspapers and magazines such as "El Mundo", in addition to being part of private collections in countries such as the United States, Spain, Italy, Panama, Chile, Colombia and Cuba.
